    • Do you support eBay?

      Yes, we support transactions from eBay.

    • Does SnappyFin automatically import transactions?

      Yes. Our transaction engine will automatically pull in new transactions from your linked accounts.

    • Do all seller platforms support integration?

      Unfortunately, not all selling platforms have API (application programming interfaces) for us to hook into. Mercari and Poshmark are two that are manual at the moment.

    • Can I import my godaddy transactions?

      At the moment you can't. However, we are looking into pull transactions from the beginning of the year. Check back here for updates.

    • Can I manually refresh transactions?

      Yes. Go to the managed linked accounts and hit refresh.

    • Do you support Amazon?

      At this Amazon integration is under development. Check the managed linked accounts section for integrations coming soon. Don't see an integration please don't hesitate to reach out to support.

    • Will these questions change?

      Yes, the FAQs will get updated periodically.

    • Can I cancel before I'm billed?

      Yes. Cancel within your 30 day trial window Íand your credit card will not be billed.

    • I signed up for the monthly plan and can't get all my transactions for the year?

      Monthly plans will only retrieve the last 90 days of transactions.
